Its pretty simple. What we call Alcohol, is a mixture of less alcohol (like ethanols) and more of water. The ethanols have a freezing point of less than -110 degrees, which usually normal freezers can’t reach. Even though this is combined in a small proportion with water, the freezing point is way lower than the lowest that is achievable by the common freezers

I cannot believe there’s people out there who actually buy these cocktails! I can understand wanting to taste grapes from 1860 but ten thousand dollars for a diamond cocktail? No wonder only two have been sold since they came up with that.
